Congressman Mike Honda (D-San Jose) was on hand in the South Bay city Saturday, May 14 as Equality California brought its Transform California initiative to the area. The statewide campaign, which recently kicked off in southern California, is a project of EQCA and the Transgender Law Center to promote respect, understanding, and safety for the trans community.
