LOS ANGELES — Equality California, the nation’s largest statewide LGBTQ+ civil rights organization, will host the 2022 Los Angeles Equality Awards this Saturday, on the rooftop of the Westin Bonaventure Hotel. Equality California will honor Jenny Pizer with the Community Leadership Award and the Cast of “Fire Island” with the Equality Visibility Award. The Los Angeles Equality Awards recognize leaders in the fight for LGBTQ+ civil rights and social justice and help to fuel Equality California’s work to advance full, lived equality for all LGBTQ+ people.
